Terms of Service

You are not to use my artwork for ANY merchandise at all, that includes Non-profit or for personal use, without my written permission.
You are not allowed to post the artwork without crediting me using at least one of my social media links.
Any commissioned artwork are for commissioner use only. Commercial distribution and usage is prohibited without my written permission. My work is not to be altered or modified without my written permission.
I maintain rights to use any artwork I make, including commissions. This means that I may use it for my own personal reasons, such as advertising, however I will NEVER resell any piece commissioned from me.
Any violation of Terms of Service will be grounds to turn down / terminate the commission.
IF you cannot be reached the week of your commission, it will be cancelled.
I maintain the right to turn down any commission.
If a commission is cancelled or if you are not satisfied with the end product, you are entitled for a 50% refund as this means I have already done work on it and put time into the commission.
Commissions are allowed up to 3 revisions in the sketching and concepting stage. Any revision after will have a fee of $15 / hour (hours are calculated based on the amount of time it takes to complete the additional revision).

Payment must be through Paypal or Venmo in USD.
50% of total payment is due before any work is done or if I have said it's okay to pay after the artwork is finished. Once the project is done, the remaining amount must be paid and received by me before any files are sent.
All major changes to the commissioned piece must be done in the concept phase. Once I begin to finalize the piece I will only allow minor changes or a fee will be charged to cover major changes.
Prices are NON-NEGOTIABLE.
You are entitled to 50% of the total amount in the event of a cancelation or if you are not satisfied with the end product for any reason.
If you have commissioned a piece that requires shipping, the shipping amount will be added to your total commission price.

Shipping payment will be disclosed and added to the total price during the initial communication.
You will receive the tracking number via email.
I cannot provide refunds out of pocket for lost orders as post office mishandling is out of my control.
I am not responsible for delayed shipping as once the item is dropped off at the post office it is out of my control.

Nudity / Overly graphic pieces
Racist / Sexist or any offensive imagery
Mechas / Mechs
Over-complicated armor
Copies of someone else's art (I will take any references you give, but I cannot and will not copy someone else's piece. This also includes recoloring of any kind.)
